Stephen Boegly (Managing Partner)

Steve is a transplant from the East Coast (Philadelphia) and a bona-fide “local” after 30+ years in San Diego.  He was the first of forty cousins to leave the “neighborhood” and explore new opportunities on the West Coast.  That same desire to explore and leave his comfort zone led to the launch of Accountants In Transition with his partners in 2005. Since that time, the Company has prospered and kept him young at heart with the help of a team of talented associates.  The art of the deal, establishing and nurturing relationships with professionals and sharing their success fuels his passion for the staffing industry.  Steve encourages all those around him to challenge their abilities because you might just surprise yourself.
