Jorge Marquez, CPA (Senior Recruiting Manager)

A San Diego native, Jorge Marquez prides himself on his Southern California connections. Jorge is a member of the CalCPA and started his career while in school with KPMG in Tax and eventually became a Tax Associate. After four years he joined Deloitte where he worked for the next three years as a Sr. Audit Associate. In 2007 Jorge found his passion in recruiting and hasn’t looked back. Although Jorge is always working diligently to be the best recruiter in San Diego he also enjoys his down time. He is a family man and a father to Olivia and Gabe and when not hanging around with the kids he is training for the next marathon. Jorge also enjoys giving back to the community as a baseball coach for North Park Little League and Treasurer for Girls on the Run.
